Secrets of A Successful Vision

Hurray!!! Liberation Mandate is 35!

Memory Verse: "This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed." (Hab.2:3, NLT)

Scripture Reading: Hab.2:1-3.

Every divine vision has a WHAT, a HOW and a WHEN. The "What" contains the purpose for which your vision is birthed. The "How" reveals the wherewithal by which the vision will be fulfilled and the "When" simply connotes the timing (take-off) of the vision.

While it is in God's place to give us a vision, it is our responsibility to search out the other details.

Why this is very necessary for any vision is because amongst other things, the success of the vision is anchored totally on the answers to these three vital questions.

Speaking of a successful vision, the Lord said to His servant, Bishop David Olaniyi Oyedepo, "The hour has come to liberate the world from all oppression of the devil through the preaching of the word of faith. And I am sending you to undertake this task."

In the above vision statement, you will agree with me that the three questions are all answered. No wonder, the vision is a success today!

Today, May 2, makes it 35 years since this vision was birthed and today, we (the Winners' family) are gathered all across the globe to celebrate God's faithfulness these past 35 years over us a commission and also as individuals.

By application of today's devotional to our individual lives in terms of our respective visions, we must of necessity seek out answers to the 'What', 'How' and 'When' questions if we intend to be successful in the assignment God has committed into our hands.

There is no point rushing; any vision that can successfully answer these three questions is a vision that will speak and keep speaking; it is only a matter of time- Hab.2:3.

Ponder Point: You do not have a vision until the What-How-When questions have been answered [correctly].

Action Point: Spend some time in appreciation of God's faithfulness to the Liberation Mandate of the Living Faith Church commission.

Prayer: Father, in the name of Jesus, as I seek You in the place of prayer over your vision for my life, let the vital questions of What, How and When be answered.
