Charge:
Thanksgiving is not a 'day,' it is a way of life because our heart-felt thanksgiving pleases God. It brings utmost pleasure to His heart and God is looking for believers who live in the realm of praise, worship and thanksgiving where the enemy no longer has an ability to hold or manipulate them.
Friends, regardless of how the month of May has been for you; you still owe God thanks. This debt must be paid.
In case you're not aware, "your present circumstance is someone's prayer point and your current state is another's future expectation." Be thankful!
Look within. Around. You'll see reasons to be thankful to God.
I'm not going to be giving us prayer points today because our reasons for Thanksgiving is unique to us. Do it your own way, but much more, do it with [great] understanding.
As we thank God today, I ask that we meditate on 2 Sam.22:1-51 and any other scripture that comes to our hearts.
Remember, we are also waiting on the Lord (for those who can) today till Tuesday. Send in your prayer requests. I will be glad to pray along with you.
